Rabbits. Spiders. Olives. These are the best stories. Because they are everyday-everyperson experiences. Buddhist stories we can easily retell. To young and old. To friend or foe. To ourselves. And because these stories make me smile. For with these, I know that the Western Pure Land is not so far away. Looking forward to more sprinkling of such tales. AMITUOFO.

I'm glad I found this blog and learned about Venerable Wuling when I did; I am 25 and just starting to apply the teachings of Buddha in my own life. Having a daily observation on life from a Buddhist perspective helps me become more steadfast in my practice, in my mindfulness.
